- Request that all renters clean after themselves including sweeping, dishes and cookware used, all linens in a dirty location. If returned unclean, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee .
- Request that sewage tanks are properly emptied. If tanks are not emptied upon return, the renter will be charged a $100 dumping fee.
- When water is not available, the toilet is not to be used. If the toilet is used without water, a $500 fee will be added to the Holding Tank Dump fee of $100.
