Outstanding communication and Pickup experience. Shane set up the RV for us at a music festival-so all we had to do was move our suitcases in & enjoy through the last day, when he returned for the pickup. Plenty of space for us 5 to keep cool, cook our meals, and sleep. We were disappointed that the awning was damaged and not usable, but that didn't overshadow our wonderful experience overall.
