The owners are exceptional at communicating with you on anything you need. The RV is showing some wear but everything worked as it should and kept us dry (thunderstorms rolled through), cool, and comfortable. From start to finish, Olivia and her husband were WONDERFUL. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. They were incredibly easy to work with, as well as very flexible.
