- No smoking or pets allowed inside the camper at any time — evidence of either will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Please treat our RV with care and respect, just as you would your own home. We work hard to keep it clean, well-stocked, and family-friendly for everyone.
- Return the camper clean and in the same condition it was received, including all trash removed, dishes cleaned, and surfaces wiped down.
- Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) and follow all instructions for black/gray tank use to avoid clogs, damage, or odors.
- A $75 Waste Clean-Up Fee will apply if holding tanks are not properly emptied and flushed before return.

Brittany was very accommodating with pick up and drop off. Very detailed instructions for process were given for the process of set up and tear down. RV functioned without any issues. Would rent from her again.
