- No smoking or pets allowed inside the camper at any time — evidence of either will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Please treat our RV with care and respect, just as you would your own home. We work hard to keep it clean, well-stocked, and family-friendly for everyone.
- Return the camper clean and in the same condition it was received, including all trash removed, dishes cleaned, and surfaces wiped down.
- Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) and follow all instructions for black/gray tank use to avoid clogs, damage, or odors.
- A $75 Waste Clean-Up Fee will apply if holding tanks are not properly emptied and flushed before return.

This was our 1st time using RV Share. The Showalters eased our concerns. Their communication was prompt and to the point. Their Mallard trailer was in mint condition and clean. The price we paid was a bargain compared with others in the market.
