Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Tv wont work unless plugged in to power. small pets only. No smoking or vaping of any sort. Max 4 people in RV. If your not hooked up to sewer you have to monitor tank gauges, to prevent over flow.
- Must have tow ready vehicle, which includes a 2" ball hitch and 7 way PIN connector on your vehicle. Non refundable if vehicle isn't tow ready at pick up and has to cancel reservation.
- If RV isn’t at least kept somewhat clean and maintained there will be an additional cleaning fee. Examples are if trailer is returned covered in dust, mud, food stains, bathroom unkept.
- If using trailer for hunting or fishing, no butchering inside the trailer. No entrails should be left in the RV trash can.
