Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We do not allow smoking of any kind in our RV and we ask that if you are to rent it that you give it the same respect you would if you owned it yourself.
- Dogs only please as the owner is very allergic to cats.
- *We have had renters hit a pole before and the damage caused our RV to be in the shop for 7 months for repairs losing all our rental income. We really appreciate your mindfulness with our vehicle.
- We do consider requests for some festivals. We do want to talk to our potential renters prior to booking to go over expectations and understand the nature of the festival. Burning Man Not Allowed.
A basic rental of just our RV comes with the motorhome, linens, towels, outdoor chairs and tables, games, all cooking needs, private and secure parking at our home, basic toiletries, toilet paper, and more (see below for more complete list).
