Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- -Access to roof is strictly prohibited. -Do not drive the unit off-road. -Abandonment fee is $1000 and any other incurred expense. --Refrigerator must be empty and trash dumped before returning.
- -Do not Smoke or consume any type of drugs inside the unit. In case of this violation $500 will be charge from your security deposit.
- -It is prohibited to take the unit to Love Burn, Red Neck Mud Park or similar events. If this rule is broken, the full amount of the security deposit will be forfeited.
- -Excess of dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stain, mud etc on the interior or exterior of the unit will generate an additional $200 cleaning fee.
- -Pet are not allowed except when authorized by the owner. If this rule is broken a $500 fee will be charged from the security deposit.
