Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pet fee is $ 25 per pet up to 2 dogs
- Is the guest responsibility to ensure towing vehicle is equipped with a 7 Pin electric harness and 2-5/16 ball mount.
- $250 fee for empty the septic ( black waters) the guest is responsible for empty all the waters
- $90 dollars fee if the guest arrive 30 minutes late or more (Return time is 3pm) return time is 3pm
- Not Smoking at any time please ! We provide cleaning stuffs customer need to clean the RV before the return
Please note **** $250 will be taken for the security deposit if the Black and Grey waters are no empty by the end of the trip.
