Renters be aware. Owner tries to scam you with bogus fees after the rental period:
1. Owner incorrectly claimed that the sewer tank wasn't emptied
2. Owner is charging mandatory laundry and sanitation fee that was has not been disclosed at the time of rental

We have 2 acres of property in the country, I have a barn (man cave) with satellite tv and frigerator with a pool table and card table fully insulated with ac and wood heater, towards the rear of the property, which has power and water hook ups.
