Renters be aware. Owner tries to scam you with bogus fees after the rental period:
1. Owner incorrectly claimed that the sewer tank wasn't emptied
2. Owner is charging mandatory laundry and sanitation fee that was has not been disclosed at the time of rental
3. Owned is trying to charge normal wear and tear items and hidden damages to the renter

overall very nice experience...unit well equipped...frank ez to reach and was quick to replace a battery that was low and we were dry camping......good communicator..

First time renting a trailer. I recently sold my RV so I didn't know what to expect when renting one, but wow i may never buy one again. Frank (who was a pleasure to work with) had the trailer fully stacked with everything you can possible need.
Frank was great to deal with, very responsive, delivered and picked up the trailer just when we wanted it. Would rent from Frank again and highly recommend his trailer, it was just what we needed.
Great rental and Frank is terrific and super helpful! Rental had everything you need for a great family weekend. We rented this for a horse show in the Paso Robles area and it was just perfect. Nice size shower, big refrigerator, coffee pot, perfection! Thank you Frank!
Frank delivered and set up the RV at our friends home in rural Paso Robles. This was our 3rd visit.
It really was a pleasure to work with him and we're grateful for his excellent service to the RV community. Frank was quick to respond to our informal inquiry. And by the way, we never did hear from any of the other three we had contacted.
We plan to keep renting from Frank for all future visits.
