- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Cleaning- We do not charge a cleaning fee as long as the unit is returned clean. If you do not want to clean please add on the optional maid service.
- Returning unit dirty- if you return the unit dirty and did not add on the optional maid service a $250 fee will be taken from your security deposit.
- Do not drive the RV over 65mph.
- Do not climb on the roof.
- Do not smoke in or within 15ft of the RV.
