Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 .
- RV must not be excessively dirty upon return (caked on mud, excessive dirt inside unit, etc), and all water tanks empty. Failure to comply will incur additional $150 charge.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. If RV is abandoned renter is responsible for all costs associated with recovery of RV, including our travel at $5 mile both ways.
- Awning is not to be used. We have provided a simple pop-up canopy tent for your use.
- Fuel (gas and propane) will be at full level upon start of delivery trip. Both fuel sources will need to be returned on full. Failure to refill, will be cost of fuel plus $20 service fee (each).

This rental experience was fantastic. Communications with James was prompt and he thoroughly walked us through everything on the RV when we picked it up. Everything was working and RV was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this RV to anyone that is looking for a great experience.

Great service
James was able to help me and my family out of a very critical situation, in which our initial owner of an RV short-termly cancelled our reservation. So with James it was possible to - during our flight from Germany to the US in fact - arrange and book his brilliant RV. Right after taking over the rig we were we knew that we were blessed in disguise having the chance of renting such a nice RV.
Great RV rental experience, excellent communication and perfect set up for a family with the bunk beds.
