- Festivals/special events must have prior approval. If RV is taken without consent renter agrees to forfeit their security deposit, pay festival cleaning fees, maintenance and festival nightly rates.
- No pets. Renter agrees to forfeit security deposit if pet brought on board. No smoking in or near the RV, renter agrees to forfeit security deposit.
- Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages. Death Valley is PROHIBITED during June 1- September 30 due to extreme temperatures
- Any ODORS, dirt, sand, debris, mud, trash etc. , left in or out of the motorhome will result additional cleaning fees. Return instructions will be provided in the renters manual.
- NO off-roading. Towing or hitch use is NOT allowed. Sand Dunes or Dry Lake Beds are not permitted. Travel to Mexico or Canada is NOT permitted.

We had a great experience renting from Daisy and Dale. This was our first RV rental and communication was easy and all our questions were answered promptly. Before pick up we received videos on the basic operations of the RV which was super helpful. At pick up Dale went over everything we needed to know and patiently answered all our questions.
Dale made the process smooth and easy. We had a great family vacation and his RV!

Really enjoyed this RV. Our first trip so nothing to compare it to but very happy with the RV. Dale spent a lot of time explaining everything in detail before we took off. The RV handled well and was easy to drive. Had a few minor issues that didn't impact the trip and reported to Dale on our return,(Very minor stuff). Both Dale and his wife Daisy were very communicative and great to deal with.
Dale was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the RV and our destinations. It made our 25th anniversary very memorable. We went from Vegas, to Grand Canyon, to Zion National Park back to Vegas. We put about a 1000 miles on the RV. The RV was perfect and had everything we needed for our vacation! Great communication with Dale and Daisy!
