First time renting an RV & renting long term - I had an excellent experience with Gabor & Gabor’s team who were always communicative, friendly & responsive. Thank you for helping make this journey the most memorable & meaningful experience for me - I will forever remember my journey with Guby! :)
So when we picked up the RV, there was three people working and when we got there they was no one around . My husband had to go to the back of the office to find someone so we could pick up the RV I had sent them message ahead of time to let them know we would be there to pick up a little after 1pm. The door to the place is self locking so we got stuck in side.
Overall we had a great trip with “Brody”! This was our first time using an RV, and it was much easier than we thought it would be!
Pros: It was ready to go when we arrived, and we were able to get all of our questions asked and a quick “tutorial” before we left. It was clean and had pots/pans, utensils, grill, charcoal, bed linens, towels, etc. available.
microwave almost fell out of wall during trip
drives rough. misrepresented as 'drives like a car'...no where close.
had issue with water . when connecting water to RV, it began to leak into the RV, and outside underneath. Sent videos. This was on day 1 of the trip.
did they attempt to resolve - NO! They said they would check in when i brought it back 6 days later.
Great RV. Everything with the vehicle is provided ( sheets and blankets, picnic chairs and table , bbq with charcoal). Take into account that the bed under the table fits for small height individual).
We toured the Grand Canyon and Joshua Tree in “Brody”! Gabor and crew helped make this the best vacation we’ve ever taken. Super friendly service and easy to work with!
