RV was in terrible shape/not as advertised: plastic on couch was peeling off, floors were filthy, fridge had a terrible stench. Upon pickup told us we couldn't use the slide out (to create the additional room we were counting on). He also insisted that pickup and delivery be done outside the RV Share website/app. The kicker was that he claimed damage to the RV.
Hi Everyone, I always take great pride in providing excellent customer service, as reflected in my previous reviews. This negative review is the first. The primary renter, Liz, didn’t pick up or return the RV herself. Instead, her friend Lynn handled all communications. Throughout the trip, Lynn expressed gratitude for the timely support I provided, and said how helpful I was.
Paul made the RV rental experience great. Explained all functions and offered us to call him at any time if we had any questions regarding the RV. Everything worked properly and was clean. I would recommend renting from Paul.
We had a fantastic trip. Thank you Paul for making the rental experience easy. Paul went through the whole RV to make sure I felt comfortable with knowing how to work everything and to show me where everything was. He let me know I could call him at anytime with any questions.

Renting this RV was an overall awesome experience. The RV was spotless and extremely comfortable. Paul was a phenomenal expertise in his knowledge of how every spec of the RV worked. He answers every question thoroughly and not only has a plan A, but a plan B making you feel comfortable and ready to take on your road trip! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone I know.
