There is no smoking inside the RV, there will be a $350 charge if smoking found in the RV. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 20% ADD ON FOR GAS IF NOT REFILLED (PRICE TO REFILL + 20%).

I will not be renting this RV again. The listed pictures are old pictures and do not show the badly stained cushions, the damaged wood in the interior, water damage on lower wood cabinets, damaged drawers that stick out, badly damaged / cracked shower, and dent/hole at front top of RV bed near window above passenger side (leaked through when washed).

Sam was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole rental process, and very understanding when we had to extend our trip a couple of days due to rain and poor conditions making it difficult for us to leave our campsite. I will definitely rent from him again!
Easy communication, Had never used an RV before and Sam sent a very informative video on how everything in the RV works. RV was clean and even had the RV ready before the agreed pick up time which was a plus!

We have been looking at this model as advertised, 2017 Leprechaun 260DS Ford 450 so we decided to rent it since it was so close to home. Our major concern was that we can park it in our backyard but also wanted to see if it had enough room for us to camp host a few months at a time.
It's actually a 2015 Leprechaun 260RS Ford 450. Its advertised that there's no "Tupperware included".
Sam went above and beyond to accommodate us first timers on our RV experience. Always prompt to answer all questions, will definitely rent from Sam again.
This RV drives great even though there are newer models out there, and for the price, it's hard to beat. Overall fantastic experience. Thanks Sam!
