- Late Returns are charged at $10 per additional hour.
- Do not disconnect or remove the GPS tracker
- Avoid going over 70mph, idling the engine for over 10 mins for any reason and sudden acceleration or breaking. We are notified as it happens and considered as part of damage claims.
- Slide-out and Refrigerator: RV must be level max 3 degrees front-to-back and 6 degrees side-to-side. Do not operate if you cannot level the RV. Refrigerator MUST be off if not level over 15 mins.
- No Smoking, No Roof Access, No Glitter, No shoes on upholstery, No Awning use on windy days.

Ken's RV was perfect for our family of 5. The RV was in perfect condition with adequate amenities. Rick and Ken were extremely responsive and very nice to interact with.
The only pain point is that even if we paid 150$ for "prep and cleaning" , we were told the RV needed to be returned in the delivery conditions or expect to be charged 250$ for cleaning.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion with the optional $200 service fee for the convenience of letting us clean-up the RV after your trip. As a renter, I only ask that you return the RV in a reasonably clean condition like how it was when you picked it up.
Kenn / Rich were easy to work with and extremely helpful overall. The RV was clean, well stocked and in good shape. It was really easy to drive. Kenn had gone over everything with me so I hand no questions when I was out there.
Excellent experience. Would definitely rent again from Ken. RV was in excellent shape with low mileage. The RV was outfitted with meal prep and cooking tools. Ken and Margoux were extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire rental process.

The entire process was well thought out on the owners part. Kenn was extremely organized and helpful. Made great suggestions. Camper was in great shape and well stocked. Is you need to rent an RV. This is the man you want to deal with.

The Awesomest Minnie Winnie Ever!
Very responsive and helpful. This was our first RV experience so we have nothing to compare it too, but it was easier to manage and operate than expected. It was awesome that some of the essentials are included.
The whole rental experience from Kenn was superb. This was my first time ever renting or even driving an RV and he made all the process simple, explain everything i needed to know prior us arriving there and did a thorough demonstration of all i needed to do once we started the rental.
