We were lucky enough to be allowed to take Bill and Rachelle's RV to Burning Man. We had a very good experience. Bill and Rachelle were both very responsive before and during our trip. The RV is very nice and everything worked perfectly. It has the most comfortable bed, large tanks fuel/water/grey/black and is fully stocked with everything you will need during your trip.
You guys were the best! Grateful that it was you two for our first Burning man rental experience! Glad you had a great time!
Bill and Rachelle are fantastic people! They made the pick-up and drop-off super easy. Bill quickly answered our questions while on the road. RV is in great shape! The other reviewers are not kidding about the comfy bed. We will not hesitate to book this RV again!
Absolutely flawless RV Trip. Ez communication throughout the trip. Any questions I had were answered immediately. All the rage in the reviews about the bed are spot on. Its amazingly comfortable along with the pillows. The RV is fully stocked with utensils, bbq, towels, TP, toiletries, etc. Hope to rent it out again. Pick up and drop off were both very ez. Very accommodating.
This is our 2nd time renting from Bill & Rachelle. They are the best! Very flexible on pick up and drop off times. Super friendly and they go over every aspect of the RV so you feel comfortable using it! Can't say enough about how professional they are and are always available if you have any questions! I see us renting AGAIN from them in the future!
William and his wife are great!This was one of our best vacation experiences except for our newbie RV issues. 😆 However, William allowed us to call and talked us through most of our problems. William and his wife did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and comfortable. It felt nicer than many of the hotels we’ve stayed in…and their bed was amazing.
We had a great time on our trip. Nothing to complain about. Everything worked perfectly.
The pick up and drop off with Bill and Rachelle were very easy. Bill explained all the things we needed to know on the outside of the Coach and Rachelle covered everything on the inside.
