Russ was great. He gave me a tour and tutorial of the RV when I picked it up. He had detailed checklists for preparing the RV and for items inside. He is very easy to work with.
RV:
We had all the utensils and gear we needed in the RV. The slide out was nice and roomy. We had three kids, 11, 8 and 6, plus me and my Wife, and fit comfortably inside.
Russ' trailer was in excellent shape and he was an great host. The rv was spacious and very easy to tow with my 1500. Russ did a great job of going over its usage, and how to get things set up and taken down. His communication was great before, during and after drop off. The queen bed has an upgraded mattress that was nice to sleep on after a full day out in the wild.
The RV was perfect for our needs. Russ did a great job of making sure it was clean, ready and providing an easy to understand breakdown of how the whole RV works. I’d highly recommend this RV and Russ.
Russ is a great owner and really helped us before our trip I would rent from in the future.
