- Propane tanks do not need to be returned full; however, cost to fill tanks will equal price for full charge regardless of propane level, upon return.
- Must use RV toilet paper, any cleaning or maintenance costs associated to using non-RV TP will be at renters expense.
- If renting Generator, it must be locked up at all times to avoid theft. Cable lock provided. If stolen please obtain police report.
- No solid food or waste down sink drains. Repair costs for backed up plumbing will be at renters expense.
- No foul odors ie: gutting fish etc...present at time of return.

This RV had everything we needed, had a great time up at the mountains. Jason was very quick on responding messages and very accommodating with RV pick up and drop off times. We would definitely consider renting again from this owner.
Jason and his RV were great. He was very accommodating and thoughtful as an owner. He communicated well and answered all my questions. He even took the time to teach me how to install sway bars, which I had not used before. Would rent again and I saved the listing for next time.
As a first time renter, I was very pleased with Jason and his RV. My trip was a big success and his RV made the difference. We were rained out for 2 days but were very happy to have a roomy and comfortable place to be. I will definitely be renting his RV in the future.
