I liked the very good communication with Max and the preparation of the RV. Everything was ready, RV was well equipped and Max send first 2 videos to watch about the RV and then explained everything during the pick up. The RV is well managed, however we had some unforeseen technical issues, but you never now what can happen on the way.
Great rental experience. The RV was as advertised and provided for a fun trip to Zion NP. The RV was outfitted with all the necessities and the beds were comfy. Max and Corinne were super communicative throughout the rental process and provided us with some insights to help with planning our trip.
We loved renting from Max and Corrine! They were so friendly and so hospitable and made the rental experience a breeze. We were first time RV users and they made the instructions and tutorial process super easy to understand! We took this little RV 1400 miles and it was great! We had the best time and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Overall we had a great vacation with the RV from Max and Corinne.
The gauge of the black water tank didn't work from the beginning and we needed 3 days to contact the owner and then found out that this was a known issue - would have been nicer to know that upfront. Also after returning the vehicle additional fees were charged that had not been agreed on.
i am sorry, Michael but the add fees you refer to was a early pick up... you came to pick up the Rv by 11 AM instead of 2pm without any notice.. you told me that you was able to wait for the RV... but you was waiting into my sofa with a good coffee... as the Rv was already ready... i didnt invite you for a lunch (lol), and you was able to hit the road early. it was your choice...
