Overall great experience and easy to work with. Experienced and professional staff made this a great first-time RV experience for me and my family. The crew walked through all of the features before sending us on our way and even allowed us to borrow a hitch and sway bars to make towing the trailer even easier. Chris worked with us to do a Sunday drop-off that met our weekend trip intent.
Nice little camper for the price. This was our first time renting a camper and we felt reassured after reading Chris' background and his experience with campers. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to towing! He was very easy to work with even though we were running late in picking up the trailer. He had the camper stocked with everything we needed except the linens.
Renting from Chris was very easy, and the camper was exactly as advertised. The pick up and drop off process was very easy, and Chris and his dad Guy made sure that we understood how to operate everything on the camper before we pulled out (important for first time renters).
