When Debra and I got this camper, we stayed in her for 40 nights the first year we had her. We have been to Big Bend, Lake Ray Roberts, Inks Lake, Palo Duro Canyon, Caprock Canyon, Colorado, Oklahoma, and on and on in everything from 100 degrees to a snowstorm.
We love taking Hattie camping because she is very compact when she is ready to travel but when she is setup she is very roomy and comfortable.
This lightweight 2012 Palomino Stampede S238 hybrid Travel Trailer is a great home away from home, and we call her "Hattie". She is located in The Addison/Carrollton area code 75006. Weighing in at 4146 lbs dry with a GVWR of 5632 lbs, chances are you can tow this super-lite with many ½ ton trucks and SUVs. Everything needed to tow it is included: Anderson hitch, that includes ball, sway bar and weight distribution. She also comes stocked with our Amenities Package - everything you need for the kitchen, bed and bath, including coffee maker and toaster! This RV is immaculate and unbelievably roomy with great storage throughout. Hattie has a slide out for plenty of navigation room in the cabin, and the 2 queen beds are in the fold outs so they use up zero floor space. The couch and the dinette both make into a bed that will sleep 4 kids. This RV sleeps up to 8 happy campers! The bath includes a sink, tub and a shower. You'll find no lack of storage here as there is loads of cabinet space throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also an LCD Flat Screen TV, DVD, AM/FM/CD with MP3/iPod input system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The unit is also wired for cable and has an HD antenna. Whether you're camping, attending a festival, NASCAR or taking your family cross country, you will love spending time in this travel trailer. She is a great long distance traveler as well as good for a weekend trip. She has brand new Goodyear endurance tires for the long hauls. We have a $100 additional cleaning fee above the standard cleaning fee if she comes back excessively dirty. IE full of sand, mud inside or outside, grease, food, etc... , an additional $50 fee for dumping if she hasn’t been dumped and then the propane exchange is $30 a tank if you use it. Of course you can do these all yourself and have no additional fees.
