CAUTION: Be Weary of RVITA and their rentals! By far this has been the Worst rental experience my family has had! We received the 2018 Jayco Precept on 7/5 over an hour and a half late (waiting in 108 degree heat). Margarito showed up and was still fixing items in the RV (broken drawer, blown fuse for the hot water heater). He said he was late for mechanical issues but that everything was okay.
We are so sorry that happened to you. it is actually the first time happened to us like we said and we are really apologize for what happened, Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we did what we could to help you.
I am sorry to say we had a very bad experience with the RV we rented for the week. When picking it up, the person who was supposed to walk us through it was very rushed. We immediately discovered one of the cabin a/c units was not working. The outside temp was over 100 degrees! I was given the choice to not take the RV and leave my family stranded in Las Vegas or take it as is.
We are so sorry that happened to you. We gave you 24/7 mechanic access and authorized a mobile mechanic to come to you all of which you refused or didnt do. As we warn you things break all the time hopefully the $1k vacation we gave you made up for one of the two a/C’s not working. It has worked before with only one AC and you blowing the fuse caused the other one not to work.

Terrible service. Got charged for tank emptying even though we did everything we could to empty all tanks and communicated that to the owner. If you’re good with grouchy and unhelpful “concierge” service, then definitely rent from this guy. The vehicle was fine but the service was abysmal.
We find your review strange since the delivery driver showed you how to drain the tanks and you refused to even come look at them when you returned. He even opened the gray tank in front of you to show you and gave you an opportunity to go dump them. We treat all of our guests the same and have them abide by the contract.
I do not usually write reviews, however I felt my families experience with RVitia warranted a few cautions about utilizing this Motor Home rental group. The unit itself (with the slide outs) is roomy, well designed and comfortable.
We apologize you had anything less than a superb experience. We had to fix something before we could drop it off to you so we apologize for being late. If you would’ve spoken with our female staff instead of insisting only the owner we could’ve known that you broke three deadbolts and the key ahead of time we could’ve helped you out immediately.
We rented this RV for 3 nights and was planning on driving about 900 miles. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the RV itself, it was roomy, filled with stuff, clean and was really easy to drive. So the vehicle itself was great and I would on that background strongly recommend renting the RV.
Meanwhile, what I found frustrating was the lack of transparency in pricing of the RV.
