Jason is very easy to work with, and responded quickly to our needs from the road. He had a short turn around time to get us the vehicle, and previous renters forgot to clean fridge and floor. . But we’re pretty picky.
This RV made our trip! It was very clean, looked just as was shown in the pictures. Ran very well. Jason was wonderful and got back to me quickly on the few questions that I had. I would definitely rent this RV again!
The RV was wonderful, obviously loved and well kept. But the star of the show was Jason. Yes his communication was lightning fast, he was flexible, and gave a good walk through, but on top of that he really seemed concerned that we have a good experience. Two hiccups happened on the trip that were completely my fault (nothing to do with the RV).

This was our first experience renting an RV and the whole experience was great. The owner, Jason was very flexible and was great about answering questions prior to our pick up day. The Rv itself was exactly as described and much easier to drive than I thought it would be. The pickup drop off sessions went great. Jason was very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to rent this RV again.
