Great experience with Matthew! I highly recommend it. The trip we took to do the Kentucky Bourbon Trail was great. (Yes, we had an Uber.) The only negative is that the front end needs an alignment, new tires, or something. It shimmies a little going down the road. But it was a very nice Motor Home.
First off, let me say this was my first experience driving and camping in an RV. Actually my 2nd, but the first time I was 7 and didn’t do much driving, haha.
Matt delivered the RV to our home and gave me a very thorough explanation of all the bells and whistles. There’s a lot, but honestly it’s very easy to operate. A few questions came up along the way and Matt was very quick to respond.
I would highly recommend renting from Matt. Our experience with renting this RV was very smooth. Matt was very accommodating and very personable. Probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. The RV is new! Very nice (top notch!) rides and drives really comfortable. We look forward to renting this RV again in the near future. Anyone looking to rent a RV, I wouldn’t sleep on this one!
I assumed being a first time renter for an RV company would be very stressful. However, having Matt as our host allowed us to feel the exact opposite of that and focus on having a great experience instead. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
You will be blown away by this man’s kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. RV was 10/10 but Matt made the experience even better! Book with this man, you will not be disappointed!
