We received the camper with no propane and the black tank was full and we couldn't get any help. The propane tank was rusty and we had to purchase a new tank. With all that they charged me for extra propane even though they said they would pay us back for what we had to pay.

Trailer was ready and available as promised. Team was helpful and available off hours to assist. Only issue was a worn emergency cable which I had a spare so no big deal.

Rt 83 RV was very helpful and accommodating. They helped get the trailer set up with the electrical hook up we had on our SUV for our boat. This needed to convert from a 5 pin to a round 7 pin hook up. They got me out of there quickly when we dropped off the camper.
