Fantastic RV, outfitted to understand, clean and a blast to camp in! Our family loved the time with the RV, no problems whatsoever and the RV itself had useful notes, utensils, extras (chairs, table, games!) that made the experience easy and unforgettable!! THANK YOU!!
Renting this vehicle from the RV Rental Factory was a good value overall. We did have some issues with the RV - Generator not working, Dashboard warnings - check engine, tire pressure sensor disconnected, and Advance Trak warnings - however, the RV factory provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. More time for maintenance should be part of their calendar to avoid this going forward.
Will definitely rent from them again, they were extremely helpful with any questions we had, and it was our first time driving an RV so we had a lot of questions. Our kids called this vacation the best one yet. Thanks guys!!
