Pickup is a 2PM and drop off is at 11AM I do allow Early pick as early as 10AM and drop off as late as 6PM as for an additional $50 for Each ($90 total), as long as the time is available.

Sam was an exceptional host to work with and the RV was just as listed. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend Sam to others who need to rent an RV.
Had a great trip and believe the rate is a great value compared to other listings. The RV is a little older but chugs along fine to get you from one point to another. Everything worked for the most part, especially the ac and heating unit although it’s a pretty loud. Would book again the next time I come through CA!
After collecting from a carpark without ever meeting Sam we found the RV in pretty shabby shape - taped and zip tied together and not particularly clean, inside the oven was a horror show with dust and various items that hadn’t been touched in what looked like years.
Thank you Kelly for your great review, you just forgot to mention the picture that YOU SENT ME with the broken awning claiming it broke by it self, but looking at the picture I can see the marks that you hit something, and after pointing that out you stopped talking about the damage.
The communication was very punctual. It was a breeze picking and dropping off the rv. It got us to where we wanted to be and back.
Great RV for the price. Sam was very communicative and was able to answer a lot of my questions. RV runs great with no issues the only thing I would say and this is me being nit picky is maybe update some of the furniture in the future as they're starting to show their age. Overall great experience would recommend.
Beware on this one! We rented this RV on Nov. 10th through the 13th 2023,
So when you look at the pics online it looks to be a nice-looking RV. We drove 200 miles to pick it up and use it for the weekend. we were staying 6 miles from where we picked it up. First red flag was the Owner dropped it off in a Lowes parking lot and hid the keys in a compartment on the side of the motorhome.
