RV Rentals at M3 Rock Festival

M3 Rock Festival provides many 80s rock performances, and the venue features video screens for optimal viewing of these performances. On-site is a music pinball arcade and a sculpture garden that honors Dolly Parton, Tina Turner, and Jimi Hendrix.

ON-SITE AMENITIES

M3 Rock Festival offers food trucks and vendors with a variety of cuisines. Guests can also bring their own food to the event, but they can't bring outside beverages. Small blankets and lawn chairs are provided for seating purposes. The venue has restrooms throughout the property in convenient locations, and there is a large on-site kitchen.

The roads leading to the event are paved and shouldn't cause difficulties for attendees. The outdoor spaces are grassy and could become muddy if it rains, so you may want to bring rain boots, a rain poncho, or an umbrella.

LINEUP

The 2025 M3 Rock Festival lineup includes Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini, Sebastian Bach, Accept, Ace Frehley, Warrant, Winger, Lita Ford, Slaughter, Great White, Steven Adler, Vixen, Child's Play, Spread Eagle, Red Voodoo, and Snake Oil.

RVING AT THE EVENT

Unfortunately, guests cannot RV camp or park overnight at the Merriweather Post Pavilion. Any vehicles left in the parking lot will be towed. However, there are many campgrounds and RV resorts in Maryland nearby, where you can camp and then travel to the venue before the event. If you don't have your own RV, there are plenty of terrific RV rentals in Columbia, MD that may include delivery and setup at your preferred campground.

Here are some terrific options:

• Washington DC/Capitol KOA Holiday has pull-thru and back-in RV sites with 50-amp electrical and water. The property offers an onsite laundry facility, a camping store, Wi-Fi, a pavilion, and a dog park.

• Ramblin' Pines Campground offers 190 full-service RV sites for an optimized experience. The property offers a pavilion, a swimming pool, an exercise room, a dog park, modern bathhouses, a laundry facility, and hot showers.

Tips for RVers at M3 Rock Festival:

• Bring your car with you when traveling for the M3 Rock Festival, as there aren't a lot of parking spaces for RVs. You can also navigate through Columbia easier in your car, especially if you want to shop or visit local restaurants.

• Fully pack your RV with everything you need before arriving at your campground. The three-day festival will keep you busy, and stocking up will ensure you have everything you'll need.

• If you plan to consume alcoholic beverages at the music festival, you should take a shuttle from your campground to the venue and back. Maryland's DUI penalties are hefty, and you could go to jail if you drink and drive.

WHERE TO STAY

HOW TO GET THERE

From Baltimore/Washington International Airport: Head south on Terminal Road toward Elm Road. Turn left onto Elm Road. Merge onto Friendship Road. Keep right to stay on Friendship Road. Friendship Road turns slightly right and becomes I-195 West. Take exit 4B to merge onto I-95 South toward Washington. Take exit 38B to merge onto MD-32 West toward Columbia. Take exit 16A to merge onto US-29 North toward Columbia/Town Center. Use the right lane to take exit 18 to merge onto Broken Land Parkway toward West Columbia Town Center/East Oakland Mills/Owen Brown. Use the right lane to merge onto Broken Land Parkway. Turn right. Turn left onto Merriweather Drive. Turn right onto Dennis Lane to arrive at the festival.

From Towson: Take Baltimore Beltway 695 West/Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop towards Pikesville. Take the I-70 West exit 16 toward Frederick. Merge onto I-70 West and process 4.3 miles. Merge onto US-29 South exit 87A towards Columbia/Washington DC. Proceed approximately 6.75 miles. Turn right onto South Entrance Road. Turn left onto Symphony Wood Road and follow to the main parking area.

From Philadelphia: Take I-95 South toward Baltimore. Proceed through the Ft. McHenry Tunnel. Remain on I-95 South. Merge onto MD-32 West exit 38B toward Columbia. Exit onto Route 29 North, exit 16A. Take the Broken Land Parkway North exit toward Merriweather. Merge onto Broken Land Parkway. Turn right at the first stoplight into the main parking area.

PARKING

All ticket holders need to pre-select their parking once tickets have been purchased. Just head straight to your designated parking area when you arrive. You'll receive a parking ticket when you buy your tickets.
