Activities and entertainment at the 2025 Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen Weekend include a national anthem performance and the six-hour race. You can also attend the Mustang Challenge, Porsche Carrera Cup, and Lamborghini Super Trofeo races.

ON-SITE AMENITIES

The onsite amenities at the 2025 Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen Weekend include 24-hour medical assistance at the Infield Care Center. You’ll also find free daytime parking, free shower facilities, and the Pyramid Souvenir Center. Guests can purchase food and drinks from food vendors located throughout the venue.

RVING AT THE EVENT

There are options for RVers who want to camp at the event, including the Geico campground. Review options for camping passes at the event’s ticket page. If you don’t want to camp onsite, there are many RV campgrounds, resorts, and parks nearby.

Here are some RV campground, resort, and park recommendations:

• Finger Lakes RV Resort offers 70-foot long pull-thru and 75-foot long back-in RV sites with 20-50-amp electric, water, and sewage hookups. The RV sites also feature fire rings, picnic tables, trash pickup, and WiFi. The resort amenities include high-end bathrooms, a dog park, a laundry facility, and a propane refilling station.

• Watkins Glen/Corning KOA Resort offers 50-amp electric at RV sites measuring up to 120 feet. The resort amenities include a snack bar, a pool, cable TV, a hot tub and sauna, mini golf, and WiFi.

Tips for RVers at Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen Weekend:

• Early reservations are available, and you should make them as early as possible. The pit area fills up fast, so if you want to camp there, you should book your reservation months earlier. You can arrive on the Wednesday of race week if you want to stay longer.

• Fully stock your RV so you don’t have to leave the venue once you’ve set up camp. If necessary, bring your car. Take anything you may need, including a first aid kit and any medications you take frequently. Portable chairs and canopies are great items to have during the event. Bring weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, too.

Follow all rules and regulations outlined by the venue or your preferred campground if you camp offsite.

WHERE TO STAY

Watkins Glen has many hotels with excellent guest rooms and amenities to keep you comfortable and ensure a great night’s sleep. Some hotels offer luxury features and resort-style amenities. Here are two of them:

• Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel has beautiful guest rooms with breathtaking views. You can enjoy drinks by the water, full concierge services, and enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant.

• The Lodge at Grist Iron Brewing Co. has cozy guest rooms with comfortable beds and modern designs. The property amenities include daily free breakfast, on-site parking, an EV charging station, walking trails, an onsite craft brewery and pub, an outdoor fire pit, and a coffee and tea station.

From Elmira Corning Regional Airport: Head northwest toward Sing Sing Road. Take Chambers Road to Catlin Hill Road in Beaver Dams. Turn right onto Sing Sing Road. Continue straight onto Chambers Road. Turn left to stay on Chambers Road. Take a slight road onto Catlin Hill Road. Turn left onto Saylor Road. Turn right onto Demunn Road. Merge onto Beaver Dams Moreland Road. Turn left onto Russell Hill Road. Turn left onto NY-414 South. Continue on Bronson Hill Road to arrive at Watkins Glen International. From Ithaca: Head south on North Albany Street toward Esty Street. Take NY-13 South and NY-224 North to East Main Street in Montour Falls. Turn right onto West Seneca Street. Turn right onto West State Street. Turn left onto NY-13A South/Floral Avenue. Turn right onto NY-13 South/Elmira Road. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto NY-13 South. Turn right onto NY-224 North. Turn left onto North Catherine Street. Turn right onto East Main Street. Turn right onto North Genessee Street. Turn left at the first cross street onto Steuben Street. Continue on County Route 16. Turn left onto Grand Prix Road. Turn right, and the Watkins Glen International will be on the right.

PARKING

At the 2025 Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen Weekend, guests will find free parking, and attendants will direct guests throughout the guest parking lot.
