What People Are Saying About Saddlehorn Campground

“What a wonderful campground! Coming off of a two-month road trip, I felt I had seen enough campgrounds to post a few reviews of my favorites and my not so favorites. This one is definitely a fave. High elevation, so be wary of the possible wind. But overall, such a great location. Bathrooms are so clean, featuring running water! Flushing toilets! All the loops are nice; we chose a spot in A loop that had level ground. Plus, Window Rock Trail is just around the bend, which offers a truly amazing view of the canyon. Be sure to stay here if you get the chance!” – Emma, Google Review

“This campground allows access to many nearby sites. The canyon trails in the monument are a great study in the geology of the Colorado Plateau. Campground also allows easy access to Fruita bike trails and is about a 1.5-hour drive to Arches National Park.” – David, Google Review
