Just five minutes from downtown Soldotna, AK, on the Kenai Peninsula, this RV park is one block from the Kenai River bank and offers spectacular views of the surrounding scenery. The RV spaces are large enough for you to park your tow vehicle and still enjoy the comfort of your slide-outs. It offers discounts of 5 percent on weekly stays from May first to June 30th and August first to September 10th; you may also get a 10 percent discount on monthly stays if you stay 30 consecutive days or more.
Public bank fishing is just a short walk from the RV campground. May through August are the top months for king salmon, sockeye salmon, coho and pinks. If you prefer, the friendly staff will arrange river or ocean fishing. While visiting the Kenai Peninsula, you may see moose, bald eagles, caribou, bears, Dall sheep and many more animals, including migrating birds and marine life. It is not unusual for a moose to enter the park. While out fishing or hiking, you may see a bear catching a fish for dinner.
