- Minimum renter age of 25
- Only RV-safe toilet paper. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or trash in the toilet. Always flush with plenty of water. Clogs caused by misuse incur a $250 minimum service fee.
- RV must be used at a campground or RV park with 30-amp electric, water, and sewer/dump access. Pickup and return at Exeter, CA storage location unless delivery is arranged in advance.
- Strictly no smoking inside or within 10ft of RV ($500 fee). Pets allowed with prior approval and $75 pet fee — must be crate-trained. No parties, events, or gatherings of non-renter guests.
- Return RV with tanks dumped, trash removed, dishes washed, and all gear stowed. Standard cleaning included. Excessive cleaning (mud, stains, food residue, pet hair) incurs $150 deep clean fee.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or accident immediately by text. Renter responsible for any damage caused during rental period including awning, slide-out, tires, and interior items not covered by ins
