- No smoking or illegal activity in the RV. Roof climbing is prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in up to a $750 cleaning and disinfecting fee.
- Return the RV clean and dump the septic tanks before drop-off if towing or driving the unit. Extra cleaning or dumping fees apply if not completed.
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. Early returns are non-refundable, and schedule changes for pickup or return may include extra fees.
- Rentals include limited free mileage. Any miles driven beyond the contracted amount will be charged at the agreed per-mile overage rate.
- Insurance coverage is required for all rentals. Burning Man trips are not allowed because insurance will not cover the vehicle at that event.
