The Econolodge Inn/Suites and RV Park in Walnut, Iowa, is situated within driving distance of the Missouri River. The village of Walnut is known as Iowa’s antique capital on account of its high number of antique stores. Guests have praised the park for being particularly quiet and peaceful. Behind the Econolodge, the RV park itself has a variety of dirt RV pads, many of which are shaded by mature trees.
The Econolodge Inn/Suites and RV Park provides 15 RV campsites with partial hookups and a choice of 30- or 50-amp electric service. These sites accommodate the largest rigs on the road with pull-throughs and back-ins up to 70 feet long. The park’s sites are wide enough to deploy slide-outs, even if they are on both sides of the rig. Restrooms and showers are provided for the use of guests.
“Rustic, but, water and electric with showers and bathrooms. Campers are entitled to the breakfast at the motel. Not bad for $25.00.” - Rita, ParkAdvisor Review
