- 1. No Smoking or Vaping: To do so is strictly prohibited inside the Camper. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
- 2. Pets Policy: We are sorry but to maintain the cleanliness and newness of the camper pets are not allowed.
- 3. Cleaning & Return Condition: Please return the Camper in the same condition it was received- Trash removed, Dishes washed & put away, Floors swept, All personal items removed.
- 4. Waste Tanks: Black & gray tanks must be emptied before return. Improper use (flushing wipes, feminine products) may result in additional fees.
- 5.Awning & Equipment Care: Please retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving the Camper unattended. Damage to the awning or equipment due to misuse will be the renter's responsibility.
