- No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the trailer. A $500 cleaning/deodorizing fee applies if detected.
- No Pets Allowed For allergy and cleanliness reasons, no pets are permitted in the trailer. A minimum $300 cleaning fee applies if pets are brought inside.
- Awnings Must Be Used Carefully Do not use the awnings in windy or stormy conditions. Awnings must be retracted when away from the site. The renter is responsible for any damage to the awning.
- Return the RV in Reasonably Clean Condition Please remove trash, wash used dishes, and sweep floors. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Do Not Move the Trailer if Delivered If the trailer is delivered and set up for you, it may not be moved or towed by the renter under any circumstances. Only the owner may relocate or reposition it.
