- No Smoking or Vaping – Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. Evidence of smoke will result in full forfeiture of deposit and professional cleaning fees.
- No Festivals or Tailgating Events Without Approval – Special event rentals must be cleared in advance. Extra fees and deposits may apply.
- Black & Grey Tanks – Tanks must be emptied before return unless prepaid dump fee is added. $150 charge for unemptied tanks.
- No Pets Allowed For the comfort of all guests and to protect the interior of The Queen, pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of pets inside the RV will result in full forfeiture.
- Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times – Pick-up 3–6 PM, Drop-off 9–11 AM. Late returns billed at $50/hour unless pre-arranged.
