We are (were) new to the RV experience and rented Natalya’s for just a few days and a short trip. We did this to gauge how we were going to like it and how proficient we could become. Great RV. Super easy pick up from Atlanta Airport. Clean, comfortable and all the extras included.
We picked up the RV on time, everything was as pictured/described. The RV was clean and ran like a champ through the Smokey Mountains. Natalya and her husband were responsive with any questions. This was our first time renting an RV, they had a series a videos for us to watch on the RV set up that were perfect for quickly figuring everything out.
This was our first time renting an RV and we did a 4-week trip from Atlanta to Maine and back. Natalya was great and handled all of our many questions and issues promptly. We would definitely rent from her again.
