We picked up the RV on time, everything was as pictured/described. The RV was clean and ran like a champ through the Smokey Mountains. Natalya and her husband were responsive with any questions. This was our first time renting an RV, they had a series a videos for us to watch on the RV set up that were perfect for quickly figuring everything out.
This was our first time renting an RV and we did a 4-week trip from Atlanta to Maine and back. Natalya was great and handled all of our many questions and issues promptly. We would definitely rent from her again.

Natalia and Alex they are very nice and helpful people. The are answer every moments of our trip The RV is perfect for family with kids, they have toys and movies.

Natalya's communication was great, and pickup/dropoff went smoothly. The RV was as described and all went well during our trip. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the last night of our trip, but otherwise, the RV worked perfectly and came with everything we needed (grill, linens, towels, etc.)
