- No smoking or vaping allowed in or around the camper - $500 fee for any smoke smell in the camper.
- All tanks must be emptied prior to returning the camper (or have pre-paid a dump fee). Renters return without pre-payment of a dump fee will be charged $150.
- The camper must be returned with a clean interior (meaning as you received it or better). If you return the trailer dirty, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee
- A Supplemental Rental and Rules Agreement will be reviewed and must be signed prior to departing with the camper.

Always tow using the provided weight distribution hitch. A brake controller is required for towing (Bluetooth brake controller is available if your truck is not equipped). Travel trailers may not be towed faster than 70mph.
