We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He arrived on time and positioned the RV perfectly. Don was very friendly and professional, and his overall character was truly outstanding. The drop-off and pick-up walkthrough went well. He took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, and the walkthrough was detailed and easy to understand.
It was great renting from Don. He was very responsive and very flexible. The communication was great. Don was able to explain everything to us and we felt comfortable. The RV had everything when it comes to amenities. We would definitely rent from Don again.
