Matthew’s RV was beautiful and very clean. I used it for a music festival because I was working it and he trusted me and allowed me to use his home as it was mines. If you’re considering renting this RV for hesitate because you will NOT be disappointed.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV toilet paper only in toilet. No wipes or feminine products in toilet. These items do not dissolve and will clog pipes resulting in a $200 fee.
- If there is damage to the inside of unit the cost of repair/replacement will be covered by required liability insurance and/ or security deposit.
- No smoking inside the unit, this includes vaping. No pets. If evidence of smoking/ vaping in unit or pet in unit there will be a $500 cleaning fee.
- Any fees that need to be collected or charged at the end of the rental will be collected + the processing fee that is charged by RVShare.
- If you are dry camping we will supply a full tank of freshwater (45 gallons), but you are responsible for any additional water. You are responsible for emptying wastewater tanks during your stay.
