Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Rv toilet paper only in toilet. No wipes or feminine products in toilet. $200 pipe clog fee
- The awning will be disabled. Awning are not covered by insurance, damages to the awning usually exceed the security deposit.
- If there is damage to the inside of unit the cost of repair/replacement will be covered with security deposit upon completion of the rental. If damage exceeds deposit the renter covers all cost.
- No smoking inside the unit. No pets. If evidence of smoking in unit or pet in unit there will be a $500 charge
- Any fees that need to be collected or charged at the end of the rental will be collected + the processing fee that is charged by RVShare.
