Great Family Base Camp!!! This Trailer Sleeps 9 people. 6 people without setting up the table bed or pulling out the couch. Bunk room in back that sleeps 4-5 kids. A separate Bedroom up front for mom and dad. With 3 slides this trailer really opens up and there is plenty of room to move around. The outdoor kitchen is a so handy as well.

Rental Rules
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You must use the RV toilet paper provided with the booking. Under NO circumstances will you flush feminine products, flushable wipes, residential toilet paper, paper towels, or any other products.
- The awning is there for your use! If sustained wind speeds or gusts reach 10 mph the awning must be retracted.
- When backing the trailer, you MUST ALWAYS us a spotter. This is a very long trailer with many blind spots.
- Before moving the trailer, a walk around inspection will be completed to ensure all jack stands and stair cases are lifted, and all slide rooms are fully retracted.
