- Mattress protector sheets must remain on top bunk and master bed at all times! This ensures for proper cleaning in between renters.
- Any spilled liquids must be wiped immediatley as to not warp floors
- No persons are allowed to hang or sit on the edge of the Recliners.
- Toy hauler must be dumped before being returned or you forfeit your $100 dumping fee

Notes
We try to be as reasonable as possible with our rates. The cleaning fee ensures we can properly sanitize our mattress protector and linens and clean and sanitize our unit.
Dumping fee will be charged upfront but will be refunded once the unit is returned with an empty dump tank.
