Overall the experience was great. We were first time trailer camper/renters. The listing was accurate with exception of an apparent water line leak that owners were not aware of. It was very clean except that black water had not been emptied. They were exceptional when we picked up the trailer with explanations for the trailer use. Rental rate was good.
Great rental! Friendliest couple, clean trailer, and the generator option was so handy! Trailer was easy to operate (as a former trailer owner), though wouldn’t be difficult for an newbie, either; and perfect size for a family of 4. Will totally rent again when needed!
Ashley was very prompt on communication. Her husband helped me get the trailer hooked up and run through the trailer features. We had zero problems with our rental, the trailer is super nice! They were great with scheduling return time. Overall would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our trip with Ashley’s RV. It is clean, well stocked, everything worked. We liked the jackery solar generator. It made dry camping so easy! We pulled the 17’ trailer with our 1/2 ton truck easily over mountains with lots of elevation change. We would definitely rent from them again!
