Great family RV! The bunkbeds are such a great feature. The kids love it! It has a good size fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, and large stainless sink. The slide out makes a great size living area for the whole family. Private bedroom with queen bed. As far as amenities, here is a list of included items: Bedding- sheets and comforters on each of the 3 beds. 2 sleep pillows on queen bed.

I've had an RV most of my life and love camping. I got this trailer to take my grandkids with me. I have 14 of them, (Not all old enough to go yet) But I only have time to go two to three times a year, so I thought this would be a great way to make it worthwhile to keep.

- Black & Gray tanks must be emptied prior to return. If not, $250 will be charged
- Renter must use hitch provided with sway bars. Please be ready to accept owner's hitch.
- Truck used to tow must have capacity to haul at least 8,600 lbs
- All bedding used during the rental period must be removed from beds and piled in the shower.
- Make sure all vents and windows are closed while towing the RV down the road.

Suzi was great to work with during our rental. The trailer was great! I loved the layout of the trailer. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed set up in the back of the trailer. My only feedback is to change the drop off time to a later time in the afternoon as 9am drop off is earlier than usual. Suzi was flexible with our drop off time since we had to drive from Bandon, OR, which was very appreciated!

We rented Suzi’s trailer for our annual 4th of July trip, and it is one of the best trailers we’ve ever rented. The layout is great and the trailer is pretty much brand new. Beds are stock, but surprisingly comfortable. The fridge is a great size for an extended trip.kitchen and bathroom layouts were great.
