The overall experience was a 3/5. Several items were broken and in need of repair in the RV. The driver's seat window didn't work and caused the cabin to heat up during the trip. Additionally the fan in the front was faulty too and dropped down from the ceiling while we were driving.

Regarding the lock, our maintenance team did inform us that the deadbolt was broken, but the secondary lock was still functioning properly for securing the RV. I understand how that may have been inconvenient, and I appreciate your patience with it.
