If you do not have water/sewer/electric hookups I can fill the water tank by request. The sewer/wastewater/fresh water tanks will accommodate 2 adults for 3-5 days with moderate use.

Wonderful stay. The entire experience was easy and the communication was great. It made for an easy vacation without any stress.
Ryan’s trailer was perfect for our 6 night stay at Cannon Beach RV Resort! We had 2 adults, 2 teen boys and it was plenty of room inside and comfortable. The trailer was spotless, the queen bed comfortable and a very roomy shower in the bathroom. Ryan was easy to work with and responded to messages promptly. We would rent this trailer again if we’re in the area.

If you aren’t choosing this rental you aren’t getting the best for your money. Period.
We had a great time in the trailer. Ryan was able to drop off and pick at our campsite on the coast. The trailer is beautiful with a great layout. We decided to go with Ryan’s since there is a large living area space… just in case it was bad weather. We will absolutely rent again and would recommend Ryan and his trailer to anyone.
Experienced one small set up problem, rectified within minutes of phone call.
What a disappointment this rental was. The camper its self was nice and left to us mostly clean. The shower wasn’t cleaned between the previous renters and us. There was still dog hair found throughout the camper as well. The main issue was that the camper wasn’t pumped out before our stay and the water tank was empty by the first night of our stay.
I was more than accommodating and made a two hour drive to ensure the RV was clean and ready for your rental. You did not ask for the water tank to be filled for your stay, it is the renters responsibility to make sure the campground has water/electric/sewer hookups. You took it upon yourself to use the hose in the RV to fill the water tank and then completely fill the grey tank in just two days.
