- *A $150 cleaning fee may be charged if the trailer is left excessively dirty (ie. dirty dishes, trash, dirty counters, tar, and / or unswept floors)
- *No pets allowed unless approved with $150 pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and are NOT to be left alone in the Coach. Multiple pets need to be disclosed and negotiated as we have spent over
- *Keys to be returned on the original keychain, and there is $50 ea. minimum charge for any lost keys.
- *A $75 fee may be incurred for renters dumping tanks and the sensors not reading empty. (2 full tank flushes required as part of tank dumping)
